Your existing repository remains authoritative for publication. The deployment defines how changes and withdrawals affect what Hot Source can use.
With built-in control
Hot Source manages review, approval and publication. Staff answers use the published sources that are eligible for their context.
File access and downloaded copies
Access to published documents is authenticated and recorded. A downloaded or printed copy should be checked against the current source before use.
Hosting and processing
The application, database and file storage are hosted in Sydney. Expert Everywhere Pty Ltd is an Australian company. We provide deployment-specific data-handling information to your team during implementation.
